Hello! It's getting hot, the summer is just around the corner!!
However I don't like summer:(
I can not eat enough because of the heat.....
I would like to have breakfast every morning, but I can' t in summer.
Moreover I don' t want to eat rice in summer!
Usually I can't live without rice, but summer is different=(
Does anyone have good solution about this problem??

返信削除awwwwwh I see and i understand you! I have been the same as you for a week. I think it's summer lethaery!! It happens a lot druing hot summer. I know you do not wanna eat meal but you should have some at least otherwise, you would get sick in summer!! It's more terrible isn't it?? Unfortunately, I do not have any good solusions but I recommend to eat banana for breakfast. Banana has nutrition!! also, you can feel being full!! :D

Anyway, you should eat pork! Because it is rich in vitamin-B1. The vitamin can help digesting carbohydrate and prevent decresing our apptite.
So I recommend it.
Also, I recommend that boiled rice with ice green tea poured over it(hiyashi or rei tyaduke).
I offetn eat it in summer time when I don't wanna eat hot one. It is delicious and easy to eat.

In my case, I eat cold tofu (hiya-yakko) with katuo-bushi and syouga, sometime Myouga.
Also, nametake mixd can of tuna is good!!
Tofu can use in salad with some dressings.

It's very hard to eat and become tired.
My recommendation is to cool rice using refrigerator. Cool okayu is sell at convenience store. Okayu or risotto is easy to eat.
